I am a licensed Florida insurance professional and the founder of Blanket.com, an active FinTech company. We are strategically acquiring an established Property & Casualty (P&C) brokerage or book of business to scale through operational excellence and digital modernization. We are looking to fully retain the brokerage's existing operational staff and maintain historical carrier relationships, while introducing our proprietary technology infrastructure to streamline client onboarding, automate renewals, and enhance digital self-service capabilities.Our acquisition strategy is corporate-backed and fully self-funded using active cash reserves from our FinTech operations, ensuring an efficient, fast due-diligence window and a highly reliable closing process. We prefer books of business with clean loss runs, strong historical retention rates, and a solid mix of standard or commercial property and liability risks.
